U maybe in khi , In islamabad manual usually gives 12.5-13 km/l

Ive already serached all websites / forum, ive already called Honda and they dont have this information...

Yes it does and whenever you leave the accelerator the engine turns off and generator brakes the car till the car reaches a slow speed!
And same energy is recovered and hybrid battery is charged!
