Automotorsport_Lover I am talking about the same axle pointed out by Amjad bhai. My bike is just 2000 km driven. I dont know exactly when it broke. I was driving from Wah Cantt to Pindi I felt some annoying sound coming from my bike. But i couldn't figure out the problem that time. Sound kept on increasing with time. The time was around 6 00 am and the roads were clear. I was driving at 80 km/h. When I reached Pindi chain started hitting something probably chain cover. I was near to my home so i simply ignored it that time.
After reaching home i examined my bike and saw that the axle was half out. Still I didn't know that its broken. I waited for a while for the shops to open. Then I took it to the the nearest workshop. Unfortunately Ustaad was not there only chotaa was present. I asked him to tighten it again. He tried for more than an hour but couldn't fix it as it was broken and he couldn't realize that. Then what he did was removed two washers then tried to join both parts with one common nut, it worked (Axle was broken from the threaded part). Then i came back to wah cantt with that unknown very risky jugaar at a speed of 80 again :0
In the evening i went to my mechanic for tuning and asked him to fit these washers as well. After checking he told me that axle is broken and it must be replaced. Next problem was availability of axle. This spare part part was not in the market yet. And r1 bhai CG & CD100 old model parts do not fit Pridor.
Uncle Mechanic is a nice guy and a registered honda service dealer with some powerful links. It wasn't his responsibility to arrange that part for me. On his complaint some high ranked guy named Farooq ordered the nearest showroom to disassemble an axle from a new pridor for me.
That was mine never heard before story in the shortest form
and everybody after hearing this story asked me to give some Sadqa.
