Game Changer, well elaborated by HondaPridor, a person can think over that when there is no 100Ccc bike in competition in the market then one can say that AHL laucnhed a Game Changer......PRIDOR. These are my feelings which I quoted in front of your all bikers. Luckily, I am the first owner on PW who purchased a pridor and continouously updating my feelings about this bike. My thread is: https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/bikes-3-wheelers/203666-honda-100-pridor-launched-today-my-pridor-pride-ride-100cc-motorcycles
Now, I want to add my comments on this forum:
HondaPridor told that this bike has fuel average of 94km/pl on 60-65km/ph speed. My experience uptill driving of 300Kms is 65Km/litre on 40-50Km/Hr.As HondaPridor seems AHL representative so fuel average of 94Km/litre is expected during the ride test when one Litre fuel is filled in a bottle of one Litre instead of the bike's tank, Bike is started only one time and distance is covered till the end of the fuel keeping the bike start. So may be HondaPridor is right but I have an objection that AHL or its any representative should provide the fuel average within the dense city traffic and not on the roads without obstacles in one continuous ride.
I have driven Honda CD70, Pak Hero CD 70, Yama 4 Stroke (same engine as Yamaha Junoon not DYL Junoon), Honda CG 125 and now Honda Pridor but honestly one thing I have experienced so far is the frame, road grip, suspension, brakes, cold start, cosmetic looks, silencer's low heating up quality and grip on the seat are impressive. No such quality, I ever found in any one of my already driven bikes. One thing here, I want to elaborate that I have heard from one of my cousin about his 2010 model CD-100's Engine that it started disturbing in 1.5 years but overall it is a strong bike, he said. I will continue sharing my findings about engine also in upcoming posts.
However it was good time for AHL to enter into the market of 100cc with the name of PRIDOR as there is no competitor of it. Yamaha Junoon was the right competitor but DYL Junoon is not now the competitor of Honda Pridor so DYL introduced another 100cc product to overcome their loss but the response seems in negative. Suzuki Raider has also poor response from general market due to its slim shape and Suzuki has structured this bike keeping in view the CHINGCHI RICKSHAWAS and so their customer line is owners of CHINGCHI RICKSHAWAS as Suzuki has powerful engine as compared to any other bike in its line. So the game is now in the hands of AHL uptill YAMAHA company starts its operations in Pakistan and this is the time when AHL should play a part of leader and should do justice with the people of Pakistan by introducing more colors in PRIDOR as well as its PARTS Supply in the market, dedicated after sale service and professional authorised mechanics.
