Honda Vezel Grace and Fit DCT and Gear

I want to share my experience regarding Honda grace Actuator Oil replacement. And aslo about gear oil replacement. First of all i own honda grace hybrid and i drive it from Swat to Karachi. It is best vehicle i ever own for info. I always change oil ATF DW1 gear oil every 40000kms no more. And fill always 1.5Ltrs which is stated in my honda grace manual. Manual says minimum level 1.3L and max level 1.5L. And second thing its actuator people change its oil every 20000 some at 40000. I dont know about so i never did it. I ready forums here on pakwheels but there was no authentic information. Everybody here is doing on their on risk or suggesting by experience of their own. So i contacted Honda Japan and they told me what oil they use in it its called 5P8. And secondly they dont recommend oil change of actuator. Oil in it is for its life cycle. When clutch plate will worn off change the clutch plate and also oil. I am attaching the emails.

It is very much needed , our environment is very different than Japan .
I met a gentleman who had driven his Honda Vezel 200k plus on original transmission and he said I always change actuator fluid every 10,000 km , its just DOT 4 brake fluid and very minimal quantity is used and the same bottle can be used multiple times.

I did all this research when I had bought a 2018 Vezel RS fresh import car just 18kdriven , and I had its actuator fluid changed right after import just for peace of mind ,I sold that car not a month later due to super hard and uncomfortable suspension

We dont have proper fluid insert machine. Because its is hydraulic if air goes inside actuator line it will damage the clutch. In brake case whenever we fill new oil we bleed air out. How we will be able to do it in actuator case. And also environment case doesn’t affect that much. Because we use 0w-20 in this environment which our local workshops never suggest. Its basically how engine/machine is designed its more important

The thing is this car is being imported here since 2016 and vezel/ fit has a history of transmission issues much more than any other car in Pakistan , just pakwheels is filled with dozens of such threads.

So we need to think what worked out for people who drove their cars to 200k and what went wrong with people who had transmission issues at 60k even.

Personally for me I'm never buying a DCT car ever.

Being am ex owner of Grace. I used to change it every 10k kms with liqui moly dot 4 fluid. Also use dw1 ultra instead of local dw1 and change every 20k kms

1 upgrade that I would suggest is to use Brembo brake pads a good of amount of difference
