So the buttons you highlighted on the left hand side control the menu functions in the oem infotainment system, as a result you have the fully loaded steering wheel which you can tell by these two left hand side buttons and also the call and voice control buttons below on the left in the corner. These buttons (on the left) only work with the oem navigation, I had these on my Vezel too but the only useful ones are the call buttons as you can accept or decline a call at your fingertips ( these also only work with oem screen).
On the right hand side the bottom button activates lane keep assist (LKAS) and the one on the right activates Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). Also sorry I'm not very familiar with the Honda Sensing tech just yet since my car was a 2015 and didn't have all this however just guessing, when you press the Adaptive cruise you might have to set normal cruise control first or not I'm not sure. however once its engaged in the right side screen of your speedometer it should allow you to set the distance from the car infront of you by showing some bars on the screen, more bars means more distance. LKAS is tricky because there are two buttons in Vezel (if i remember correctly) one is below the right most AC vent next to the heated wipers etc and one is on the steering. So I'm not sure which one is which but one of these should activate passive LKAS which is only acoustic (it doesn't move the steering) and one of them should be active LKAS (steering moves too) however note that with active LKAS (I have it in my Hyundai) the system requires the driver to touch the steering wheel very slightly and of course do pay attention to the road its purely for the motorway since our highways in pakistan don't have reliable lines even on motorway do keep your wits about you. same goes for ACC be wary all the time since even the most advanced technology in teslas messes up and this is just Honda Sensing.
However from what I hear Honda sensing is generally very nice and clever so yeah do let me know how it works any photos or videos would be appreciated! Hope that helps
