Before Eid, I was at honda City 3S dealer ship (the one at the Kalma Interchange/chowk) inquiring about Civic Oriel Prosmatic. While at it, i also took the chance to inquire about Vezel. The sales person told me that they can get honda vezel 0 meter from japan for 37 Lakhs and they will honor the warranty as car will be imported by them.

Now, either, this person just said that inorder to make the sale. Or he has some inside information that honda might be launching it soon. It is my opinion that the former is most likely to be true.

Anyways, IMO, 2014 vezel for 29-30 Lakhs, is better then Top of Line 0 Meter 2015 Civic Oriel Prosmatic.

Even if they launch it here, 4 million price tag would not make any sense. I am sure they can bring it for 2.5 million easily. Its a 1.5 ltr hybrid. Its not a landcruiser with 3 ltr engine. Import taxes are usually calculated on the engine size. The engine is even smaller than civic, and it should get some discount for being a hybrid.

1 importer in Isb shared few 2014 Z of grade 4 for 29-30, he said X grade 4 can be imported for 27-28.
In that case you minimise resale loss but on high priced/new you loose 4-5 lacs.

You always pay more for a zero meter vehicle. Happens even with PKDM's. After registration, the value is decreased here as well. Plus it's a long debate, hybrid makes up for the resale loss in fuel, quality, technology and makes your hard earned money truly valuable by giving you the way better ride.
So it's always something at the cost of something.
For some it's about resale only, for others value for money may matter more, coz if you don't enjoy what you've paid and spent for, then what's the whole purpose of owning and appreciating great vehicles.

Oil Change Intervals.

As regards to change intervals, it is strongly advised to stick to manufacturers recommendation. Further as our climate is hot and dusty more care is required while changing of oil and filter. Pls inspect the funnel and cans that are used while refilling engine oil.

Please also remember that using synthetic oil does not mean that you should extend the drain/ change intervals.

Just want to know is there a spare tyre inVezel. I am some how unable to reach or locate it.
Also can you recommend a good oil brand to be used for the vehicle. Will honda oil from honda in PK do as oil to be used with Vezel. Can I get the filter from Honda in PK or is there any difference for oil and air filter for vezel and from where can i get these. thanks

Most modern vehicles specially hybrids come with emergency tyre puncture kit.

Unfortunately on our roads if tyre gets burst/damaged then no solution.
