Wanted to ask which oil grade I should use in Honda Vezel? I have recently bought it and its fresh import car and mileage is 16k.

So wanted to confirm about oil grade. Because I asked mechanic and he said use 10W40.

Only use the recommended 0w-20
Don’t go after these mechanics who are still stuck with carburateur mindset.

What in god's name what kind of mechanic recommends 10w40 that's absolutely crazy. I let my driver change the oil in my car once he used 5w30 which is what the mechanic told him and you could even tell from the idle of the engine it was not happy. When I switched it to 0w20 it was as if the car has come back from the dead. And again as Nabeel bhai just mentioned 0w20 is what honda tells you to use so stick with that. Hope that helps

Nono don’t use 10w40 at all
My car is 96k driven and use 0w20 no problems
When i got the car at 70k my mechanic told me to pour in 5w20 so i listened to him and did it.
The car started to feel a little heavy.At the next oil change i poured in 0w20 and it is running butter smooth since the shift to 0w20

IS it worth buying a vezel 2018-19 model in 5-6 Million pkr Price bracket ??

I myself bought a Honda vezel 2018 model/ 2021 import @ 5.5 million rupees in May 2021. It is giving me fuel average 19 kmpl in city and 22 kmpl on motorway. Now you can imagine that how beneficial this car having 1500 CC engine but benefits are of 660 CC car.

Is it better than C-HR ?? That being 1800cc which adds power obviously.

Honda Vezel is a powerful car beyond your expectations. So question doesn't arise of it's less power or under power.
Driving of a car having DCT gear system has it's own techniques. DCT is more powerful than any CVT & Automatic transmission. I recently visited Malam Jabba which is very steep and where every vehicle first think before climbing. But vezel ki to baat hi kuch or ha.
