Absolutely not. I had a 2014 vezel basic variant kept it for almost 3 years... It was a wonderful car no complaints. I never faced any gear issues aswell.
I had Aqua alongside it too but sold them almost the same year because needed a change.
My point of view above was merely aimed at the Price at which it is being sold now which again in my opinion does not justify a 5 to 6 year old model.
For instance after selling aqua (1.4mil) i was looking at all the options i could get and since it was right before the crazy price hikes i opted for a Honda Civic 2007 instead of a Cultus like one of the brothers suggested above 
One gets a handful of other options in the same price range 4.5 to 5m. Like a Hyundai/Kia maybe MG if they launch their sedan. All good quality cars with up to date manufacturing years.
Again thats my way of thinking.
