One more thing I have read the manual engine oil capacity is 3.8l and we usually buy 4l. So i pour the whole 4l would be fine or not?

Can anyone help me to understand the proper engine oil capacity? I have 2016 model and mechanic put 4l oil. I ha e read the manual where its mentioned 3.3 l some people saying in the forum to use 3.7 litres. Which one is correct 3.3 or 3.7?

Dear...!!
3.3 litres is ok.
But if you pour 3.7, then no worry as well because oil level will slightly increase which you can check from dip stick.
But not more than 3.7 litres.
Actually, 3.3 is for Honda Vezel hybrid model.
And 3.7 is for Honda HRV which is non hybrid.

Jazakallah for the answer. I have the Honda Vezel Hybrid model. Yesterday I changed the oil and with 0w20 and the mechanic put 3.4 or 3.5 because after checking the dipstick it's slightly more than the max mark just the end of the plastic in the dipstick. Although I have told him to put 3.3 it seems he put 0.1 or 0.2 liters more.

Shall I remove the excessive oil or just leave it?
