Unforunately for us there are dealerships who no longer care for individual customers.

They are more after their corporate clients. Sab $$$ ki baat hai.

I believe we should take some action against this. If nothing else one can atleast shoot out an email to honda atlas with cc to honda headquarters about they way the local "authorized" dealers treat customers.

I didnt want to play with reputation of theirs on such small things. I might have to go to classic for some work in a few days. If i find their staff bitchy and rude again, im writing an email to atlas and will carbon copy the mail to honda thailand.
And pm me your number. Id whatsapp you if i have to send an email to atlas. Both of us will send an email on the same day. Might pop open their minds.

I'm not a big fan of SUV's but the Vezel seems kind of cool. The price quoted for an HRV (Vezel) seems OK for me as it will be a brand new vehicle instead of a used one. The absence of hybrid technology will be a minus point but we have to understand that import of a brand new car is more expensive than import of a used car. I am sure that if a brand new hybrid Vezel is imported from Japan it will cost probably more than PKR 4 million.

I just checked the prices of Vezels for sale on pakwheels and they are all used from Japan. None is '0' meter. Taxation for '0' meter cars is different in comparison to taxes for used vehicles. So a used Vezel 2015 will definitely be cheaper than a brand new Vezel 2015 from Japan. If Atlas Honda demands 3~3.3 million for a '0' meter non hybrid HR-V then it seems reasonable.

Bro there is no harm in buying 50-100 km driven 2015 vezel which at home costs 31-32 lakhs.

Even zero meter cars over here are already driven approx 60-70 km just for testing purposes.

3.5 milion is not reasonable to me. The car is not hybrid, will lack in features compared to Vezel plus crap resale due to non hybrid factor.

Can't compare prices of jdms with other markets like Thai. Fortuner a prime example, you can get zero meter for under 50 since its Thailand not jdm

Thai fortuner imported by Indus used to cost 70+ same case with Honda CRV

I agree with drzac, Thai model HRV is not comparable to JDM Vezel. The quality and features offered in the HRV will definitely be less than those in a JDM Vezel. And lack of hybrid will be another negative point. So I guess the best option would be to import a very low mileage JDM Vezel hybrid and enjoy here! Local car manufacturers really don't get it.

I dont see the point of launching a vehicle without any marketing.

Its as if honda wants to keep these cars to themselves.

If you want to sell it to people, you gotta make them want it. Such hushed launches dont do any favors to the product.

You're spot on. These vehicles are probably imported for Atlas top management and their families. When the launch fails, which it is designed to, these cars land in their garages.
