Car manufacturers who sell unsafe obsolete cars without safety features.
4 higher officials of this country who don't force manufacturers to provide safe vehicles because they get their share and also because they and their families get and use imported cars which have all the safety gadgets.
And perhaps in the end all of us who accept such rulers and don't raise our voices against injustiice.
