I agree with @Charter here 100% There is no relation between HP and CC.

In order to know a cars hp from its CC you would need a lot of data on that specific engine and lot of calculation. You will have to know the efficiency of the engine and that would be again for that particular engine and still not be able to derive the correct figure or be close to it at all.

So it has been said before and going to be said again, there is no relationship between hp and CC.

well this topic was discussed many times before...!
but as watching the relation made b/w CC and HP...quiet shocked...!
well totally changed things both related to find out the spec of engine...
well CC(Cubic Centimeters) tell you whats the displacement capacity one engine at a time.....it tells you how much displacement this engine can do....!
well HP(Horsepower) is unit to measure power of engine...!
how much power it can produce at how much RPMs.....!

@VWpassat........2.0D Corolla engine is about 75Hps rated....and which Nissan 1.3L you are talking about.....which series...E series E13s....or GA series GA13DS/DE or new gen QG series QG13DE....?all are 1.3L engines from nissan came in different models having different Hp spec..
