I am on a company trip of Punjab these days and have been to the following hotels so far:
1) Savoey Hotel, Lahore - Situated on Gurumanget Road, Gulberg III.
Good Location, Friendly Staff, Centrally Airconditioned, Clean.
Room Rent - 5500 rs. per night.
Complimentary Breakfast.
I think the hotel is suitable for families.
2) Solo Hotel, Sargodha - Situated on Railway Road/Near Railway Station
Average quality hotel, A/C, TV, etc. A/C doesn't work when light is gone. Not much electricity problem in Sargodha. Nice big rooms.
Room Rent - 2000rs. per night
Complimentary Breakfast (Very delicious).
I think the hotel can be used by families but I am not good at spotting hanky-panky in hotels.
3) Grace Hotel, Faisalabad - Situated in Chenab Market in front of PSO Pump
Nicely and newly made, ill-mannered staff, A/C doesn't work at all, bad quality food, very hot. Bad Hotel.
Room Rent - 2000rs. per night
Complimentary Breakfast (Did not try it once)
Hotel is not suitable for families as I saw some strange people in hotel. I also left the hotel after spending one night.
4) Raj One Hotel, Faisalabad - Situated on Susan Road, Madina Town
Nicely and Newly made, courteous staff, A/C, TV, etc. Although they promise 24 hour AC but A/C loses its ability to cool when on generator power. But apart from AC, its an average quality hotel.

Complimentary Breakfast
I think hotel is good and can be used by families.
5) Iris Hotel, Sahiwal - Situated on Railway Road
Very Big Rooms with 24 hour AC, TV, etc. Nicely made and furnished. Staff is a little uneducated and untrained. Rest seems fine so far. I have only been here for 2.5 hours or so as of now.

I think hotel is good enough and can be used by families. I have heard it is the only good hotel in Sahiwal. However, youtube video of iris hotel has very bad and negative comments about it.
