It is average quality. Food is sub par and the kitchen closingbis too early. Most of the items on the menu are never available. Lawns are excellent and so are the views. Going there in Ramazan would be a mistake. The hotel crew considers it to he an off month even after iftar. Ayubia main bazar also closes very early.

I have never stayed at Elites. The PTDC has an old school charm to it which I like. The rooms aren't bad, just not good The lawns and the views in the PTDC are very nice indeed. I think you will have to ask for feedback on elites in this thread but from the looks of it, Elites eems like a much better option in terms of comfort and facilities:

Every hotel at khaghan and Naraan valley will b high on Rates from June 15-August 20 ... All these names Pine Park.. Arcadian, demanchi ... Etc will b charging around 7-9k for good room ... Families better go after or before these days

Safe stay guest house in Rawalakot....

excellent service --- only chai for drink and no food

room rates we paid was 1500 for standard room and 2200 for VIP

i was informed my the owner that these rates are constant all year round.

i would reconmend this Guest to anyone, single, group or family travellers.

if you want pics i can send. we were a group of 8 travelling to toli pir and used Safe guest house as our base. 2 nights spent.

rooms come very with carpet and thick mattress and LCD tv, clean bathrooms. private parking for motor bikes, and secure parking for cars.
