I'll like to share Hotel Details of CHitral as I ve been there for quite a number of times on official visits

3- HinduKash Heights- Excelent Environmet( 3 km from Chitral City)
Rates are expensive 5500 single and 6500 for double.
High rates are worth it.

I stayed at Hotel Metropole....... Very good neat and clean rooms, you can have a mind blowing view of valley from room window, Rs.2000/nite. Godo Room Service, Good Food. I will give 10/10.

Baltit Inn Hotel in Karimabad, Hunza is one of the best available in the area. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. It is managed by Serena Hotels so generally all facilities are available, including house keeping (which is a rare concept in most of the hotels in Pakistan) , hot water, restuarant and laundry. One night stay costs Rs. 3000-3500, depending on the season and availability. Usually breakfast is included as complementary. Welcome drink, fruit basket and dry fruits are also complementary.

I stayed in Shagrilla, Skardu for 3 nights in March, 2010 with my wife while we were on our honeymoon:P. We stayed in a lake side cottage. Its a beautiful place to live with family. Very much clean and peaceful.

I payed them 4K/per night which includes breakfast (I still remember the taste of apple juice, marvelous) boating and indoor games. Staff is very co-operative and knows how to respect their guests. Bargaining is possible in off season i,e winter which start there I think from August and lasts till March.

No need to hire them to pick from airport because they charged 1K to pick from airport to resort at that time and other taxi drivers offered 400~500. Traveling on their vehicles is much expensive than available freelancers. I also hired a vehicle other than resort occupied and this person is very much co-operative, cool and helpful.
