To Avoid Termite to Wood, always place Chogath above the tile. Once tiles are installed, Wooden chogaths can be tight with 6" screw bolts. Always go for Box Chogath as given below, in this you can pour the paesticide once in a year as preventive maintenance. Also chogaths shall be fitted after plastering the wall. Termite always comes from pores of un-plasted wall.

While designing the kitchen under counter, ignore the old concrete style slabs. Make the wooden frame, before tightening of wooden frame, install the tiles in kitchen counter back wall to house keep the area and protection from termite. Refer to sketches below;

Shuttering Opening Timeline
When lanter or roof is completed, usually contractors insist to start work on top of roof next very morning. This is very bad practice and compromises structure strength. Never allow any one to work on roof within 7 days on Lanter. Work can be commenced after 7 days at roof top (either its ground floor or 1st floor).

Shuttering shall be opened after 12 days in summer and after 18 days in winter. Usually shuttering contractors convince you to open it early just for sake of their money. Dont allow them to do this. Water to be pooled on roof for initial 4 days. After that give proper time to let it be dry. Extra water also dangerous for roof. You however can sprinkle water once 2 times in a day after 4 days.

Electrical Works Basics-GENERAL Guidelines
Electrical work of any house starts from the day when you are going to have 1st Roof of home.
-Advise electrician to send independent 1" pipe to Room and AC from Distribution Board. I.e. separate pipe for AC and Separate Pipe for Room Main Wiring.
-From Meter (outside home) to Distribution Board of Home OR DB of home, lay 2" pipe and use 7/64 single core cable in that. Lay 4 cables in that pipe. You can have 2 single phase meters on that. If you have intention of 2 three phase meters then lay 6 cables of 7/64.
-Use good quality pipe in roof, you can go for KLASS Pipes, fan boxes. They are super best in quality. Link is Klass Electric Pakistan
-Always use Plastic Boxes for electrical board fittings. They are reliable and are corrosion free. You can go for KLASS boxes.KLASS BOXES
-DB size for 5 Marla house is 12 inch by 18 inch
-DB size for 10 Marla or 1 Canal is 18 inch by 24 inch.
-These sizes will keep you away from danger of short circuiting
-Keep provision of CCTV Points before plaster
-Keep provision of 2.1 or 5.1 underground audio system in your TV lounge before plaster
-You can use Pakistan Cable or New Age Cable in your wiring. Both have equal standard.
-If you can not afford above 2 brands then you can go for English Cables.
-In Switches, simply go for KLASS Switches KLASS Switches (Medium End) OR TJ Switches TJ SWITCHES (as Higher End). Both are very good in Quality.
-Always plan of light interior points and wall lights before plaster.
-Always send separate 7RG TV Cable and Separate 2 Pair Pakistan Communication Cable from Main Hub to All Rooms. You will get good quality of pictures and phone by that way.
-Use ELCB in your DB.
-Provide separate breakers fro Rom and AC.

Market have too much high rates also 90% marketing guys will offer you not only high rates but also un-pure home made products. So dont indulge in that. Do it by your self or through your team via following steps;
1- Purchase Mairage (Ali Akbar Group Termite Medicine) or Bio-Flex , both have price around 1500 PKR.
2- Mix medicine in ordinary blue chemical drum (drum available in market around 1500 Rs and once time investment).
3-Dip pipe of pump in that drum for suction.
4- Spray at all areas including foundation or damp level.
5- For more safety, you can add 2 bottles in water.

Remember that water based mixing and spray is only for pre-construction stage. For constructed home, technique and formula is different.

Actually termite guy has quoted me Rs.10 per sq ft and plot if 50 x 90. that makes up Rs.70k in termite proofing cost.

Kindly guide me reliable shops from where i can source these original chemicals in Rwp / Isb.
A lot of people sell fake chemicals these days.
