What about GI pipes for gas lines. Which brand is better in market and from where to get that. moreover, also guide about P - Traps and 4-8 inches plastic pipes used for sewage pits linking and bathrooms.

GI pipes not to be used. You can see that even SNGPL now days dont use GI pipes for Gas, they are laying yellow PPRC pipe. So you can lay yellow PPRC pipe of Master or even ordinary PPRC pipe of Master (Blue or Green Colour).

Its good to install 4" ceramic P-Traps of 3 Star Company. They are best in quality and size. Keep main sewage line as a minimum 6" or in case of large house 8". As you will be using 4" p-traps so 4" lines from all sections of home will come to linking pits. Advise your sanitary guy to keep drains of all sink as UNDERGROUND. Drains of sink to be sent to P-Trap 1st, its not suppose to link with main Sewage ring, otherwise you will get bad odour all the time. Water leg seal in P-Trap serves as an seal between bad odour and your bath atmosphere. Thanks and Regards.

Which material is usually used for sewage main lines, PPRC, plastic or alloy and which make should it be.

Sewage main lines are of UPVC (Plastic Type Material). Many good brands available in market. Like Master, Master Fit and many more. Big no of companies are preparing UPVC pipes now locally even around pindi and ISB. W.r.t ISB/Pindi, simply go for Master Fit.

Provision of Power Socket in Main DB
When house construction is completed and all boards are closed including main electrical DB, later on whenever there is requirement for high power socket for welding works or to run marble finishing machine or for any other works then electricians adopt shortcuts and sub standard practices to get high power connection. Sometimes they insert wires to low capability baords resulting in fire or melting of wires. Sometimes they cut wires in main DB and make lose joints which results in big incidents. So pay focus on it, spend some more money and provide Breaker Controleld Power Socket in main DB of your home. This power socket shall be independent and supply shall be provided directly from WAPDA rather from breaker outlet. As if you will provide supply from ELCB outlet, it will trip in most cases due to current variations.
Have a look on below steps, figure also provided later on;
1- Take 2 wires from Main ELCB inlet Point
2- Atatch these 2 wires with 2 pole breaker
3- From outlet of this 2 pole breaker send wires to high power socket.
4- To get main socket activated , you 1st have to switch on 2 pole breaker

De-merits of Instant Geyser:
-If you go with instant geysers, its an big capital investment as compared to of conventional geyser
- Pressure pump is mandatory for instant geyser as high pressure drop occurs in instant geaser
-High capital costs in terms of sanitary gas wiring if you go with instant geysers
-Most of peoples install instant geysers inside bath which is fatal in most of cases due to production of carbon mono-oxide which produced due to in efficient burning of methane. Refer to following caution;

- Dont need an pressure pump
-Low capital investment
-Safe w.r.t its operation
-Now days Gas/ Electrical provision available in same unit. You can go for FISCHER Geysers. If gas not available then you simply need to provide an power socket near geyser.
-Gives you good backup of warm water
-No extra cost of gas piping
-No threat to human life at all

Sir,what will u say about flooring..marble or tiles?, although u have analysed in above posts but i listened that tiles life is limited 10 years approx after it looses its shine while marble is long lasting & u can polish it again for shine...someone recommend Booti Seena which looks beautiful & someone says booti seena come with crevice(draar) & if tiles use for rooms then what should b use for outer area of the house like verandah/Patio ,side gali etc..

Its purely depends upon your liking/ disliking. Now days all the floor tiles available in granite. So no issues w.r.t tiles even after 10 or 15 years , the only thing is that install tile with help of bond not cement. Yes, shine of tile may reduce with the passage of time if area is too much busy like in shopping malls. To avoid shine problem, simply go for matt tiles.

Marble (Booti Seena) is available in 3 Qualities.
1- Normal Quality having spots in it (price around 55 Rs per Sq ft)
2- Avg Quality having minimum spots in that ( price 55-75 Rs Per Sq Ft)
3- Top of the line crystal clear quality or A+ Grade Marble (rate upto 100Rs Per sq ft)

But this is for sure that marble will loose it shine just after 6 months, you have to go for polishing if you want to enjoy shiny looks. Tile will do this after long time and subject to use as well.

We are using 100% tile now days at all area regardless of patio, side ways or garage or ramp. The biggest reason for myself is for me marble polish is an hassle, but again its my personal thinking.

You can go with the material you like. Both are good and reliable.

Yoday visited market fot chogaats
1). Steel one: 16 gauge costs 3500 to 3700. cost of rust protective paint and lasani or other wood covering is additional.
14 gauge costs 4200 to 4500 without above thibgs metioned.

2)2nd option is wood. I will quote cheapest to most expensive optuon available in market.
I. German kail doli chogaat costs 4500. Bituflex and anti termite coat is over and above.this wood is cheapest available and has eye spots in it which gets covered with a sheet.

Ii. Red mitanti / yellow miranti: costs approximately rs.7,000 to 8,000

Iii.Yellow pine: as per market this wood is american imported and chogaat costs 6,700 to 7,000. Wood is clean but still requires anti termite.

Iv.deodaar: best of and most expensive is deodaar. Need no intro. Chogaat costs rs. 10 k to rs. 13 per unit

Iron chogaths not recommended. You can see like (wood) can not fit in to unlike (iron).

Pros:
-Maintenance free
-Easy to go solution
- Usually used by contractors

Cons:
-Regardless of guage, iron chogaths with the passage of time tend to corroded.
-Qabza of door dont fit in properly inside iron chogath
-Wood door dont fit in in proper manner in iron chogath
-Lock of door dont sits in in a well manner inside iron chogath and gives and ugly look
-In case of current in home floor due to any reasons, serious electric shock danger is there if no ELCB is employed.
-Noisy closing and opening of door
-Overall looks get marks 2/10
