How is PRADO better than the PAJERO?

Sorry I wasn't referring to torque. I meant when you suddenly push the accelerator, shogun takes lot of time to gain considerable speed but prado takes lot less time.

I experienced prado 2004 and shogun 2004 which I had at the same time. I found shogun lot noisier than prado.

Pajero all the way....(coz i own one) lolzz..
Newayz talking frankly what i have noticed that pajero has got less acceleration as compared to prado..But pajero is damn comfortable as compared to prado...Actually pajero is for highway drives while prado is for offroading....My experiance sayz it..

Resale Of Prado is Bit Higher than Pajero. But it all Depends On Taste.. Mostly Peoples Consider Pajero as Status Symbol While Prado is liked by "No Dolatiye". Its General Imagine. I Mentioned Bfor Pajero is High End Suv By Mitsubishi And Prado is Mid Range Suv.. I like Pajero THan Prado. These Suv`s Are hard to sell so Resale doesnot matter much. You need to find customers for this car.So At the end of the day it does not matters

Out Of Karachi So Cant Really Guide So.. Libra got one .. he mite tell u

3- Maintenance costs comparison
Pajero Parts are expensive.their Are certain Peoples Who Are expert in Its Repairing so They ask for High Amount. I Replaced Water Body And Timing Belt Once In Islamabad and paid him 3000 Rs..

4- Reliability (chances of breakdown etc.)
It all depends on how ur car is being used by the earlier owners. Offcourse if its in Bad condition it will break down easily. Else A Gud Piece Wont Tease You For Ages.
Pajero has won Several Rallies Across the world..

Well For Price You SHud Talk to Any Car Dealer. These Cars price Got Much Variation. But I think You Shud Keep Figure Above 15 . Around 15-18 Lakh. Depending On Options. But Go For Manual One.. Most of the Imports Now Adays Are Japanese And Try Getting the One With The Full Options..

You Cant really Determine a car by sheer two pics.. Pajero Has won many Dacar Rallies. I am In Favour Of Pajero Because I Am Owner Of One.. And I Like it In Looks More than Prado

i dont think the pajero mostly imported here are 3200cc ivec diesel engines

i reckon them to be 2800cc ~285 Nm engines.

and what options do u include in "full option" ..... is it the features like pw, ps, ac, sun/moon-roof or is it dual ac, limited slip differential, hill decend control, awd, traction control, electronic stability, ebd, abs, etc....
