@qwertpoiu
brother,time to change your uPs to some good brand ,better go for systek ups in pakistan . Go for Line interactive not for "online" .
also other factors to be calculated in electricals are:
amperes consumed , power factor
@khanji
bro,check your a/c specs that which technology it is using, in 1.5 tons, there might be energy efficient or ordinary & specially check Max. amperes written and power factor involved:
for example: I am writing example of energy saver bulb of 32 Watts of your bedroom.
Lets say you have Energy saver of 32 watt. Than you can calculate by Ohm's law
P=VI
32 watt = 220 volts X I
I =32 watt / 220 volts
I= 0.145 amperes
now come to power, we have to convert watt into KW
so 32 watt = 0.032 KW
because 32/1000 = 0.032 KW
now this 0.032 is main unit
now multiply this KW with no. of hours you r using your energy saving bulb .For example 12 hours daily
then Multiply: 0.032 X 12 = 0.384 KWH per day
Monthly consumption= 0.384 X 30 = 11.52 KwH per month
similarly calculate your ampere of a/c
Calculate these 3 important values: Amperes, KW, KWH
now multiply this with rate per unit in your country/city/province i.le
also note that there is something called power factor
Watt = VA X power factor
lets say your ups is of 500 VA ( as ups r mostly written in VA not in watts, then also check power factor written on it)
lets say it is 0.9
then corresponding watt= 500 VA X 0.9
450 watt (remember 0.9 is power factor of good energy efficient device,most of devices like good ups in Pakistani have around 0.7)
