It is still Clutch / Pressure plate / Thrust bearing related !

I dont think its your gearbox !

Its the thrust bearing, ask your mechanic to verify.

The noise is comming when i replaced gear oil after 1000 kms.
My mechanic says that CALTEX oil is much thicker, thats y gear makes noise on initial startups.

Caltex gear oil has 2 variants, one is very thick the other is lighter, always use the lighter one for small petrol cars, But for now leave both of them, use Zic, i used the lighter Zic gear oil and it was good, made the gear shift softer and smoother.

How was the condition of the previous oil and quantity ?

Thats too much for a pak suzuki product, well to me its probably your thrust bearing as you hear that grinding sound when the gear is Not engaged, best would be to take it to a good mechanic and ask him, Suzuki Alto or Mehran or Cultus etc arent very complicated, normally a cycle-mistri can identify most of their problems

i tried three mechanics but the were not ocmpetent enough. they dont even know about the quanitity of gear oil. they make customers fool by hit and trial.
one of them told me that gear oil level is low
other one was in the opinion that the oil is thick.
third one suggested that the gear box will be opened for identification of problem.

Atlast the grinding noise has been vanished
I think that the problem has been solved due to weather change.
probably the gear oil was thick.

i will verify this on my trip to murree.
