he probably meant ali zaffar.

these ali azmat, haroon, shahzad type "tier 2" people dont get much lift. initally they would ask for several lacs and blah blah blah...and when concert organizers refuse, they come begging and go for even 1-2lac or even lesser. but to be honest, even if they do just 7-8 concerts every month, they're making as much as a big businessman.

just like any other profession they are doing their job,,and thats their bread and butter,but unfortunately in segregated society like ours where one might be even struggling to feed his childrens,others are splashing money like tissue papers,these guys should set a part of their earnings for charity,

If you are really serious about arranging a concert, so let me give you some suggestions.

Prepare for it. Do your homework. Ask around, see if you can get any sponsors or any contact which can of help.

A good sound system is a MUST. I recall when Edward Maya came, the sound system was too bad and people were calling names to the organizers. This is legit because they had paid 6000Rs.

You dont have time for arranging it before or after Ramadan, you also have to check availability of Atif Aslam and the place where you are trying to arrange the concert.

Best ideal time is in September. You may ask why? Because in September, every university will be opened and all hostelites will be here so you dont have to be work hard to sell your tickets. The main buyers will be the university students and pindi bowys
Do check local singers. May be they will sing for free too. They will be the show starters. You can look for any university boys band, they are begging for performing.

Now thats a serious reply i have got there. Thanks bro. I have got contacts. Music system is not a problem, got that too. Ur suggestion regarding the timeline is really good and i will probably be looking for it. Just confused about the venue now how about getting the place in some university which uni will be best with music lovers?
