How often to use compound polish

@momin bro can u plz xplain a bit further about compound+polish cz over here in Pakistan when v ask the the guy about the compound he apply's off-white paste which turn yellow after some time then they polish the car then car shines.though its very true that u get ur clear coat layer removed but still these are are two different things

@cloud bhaijaan thanks, yes regarding coumpound polish is dangerous for car paint, its good when your car is showered after accident or u repaint a car.

and bhailog dont use compound polish on metallic colours for confirmation kindly ask some dealer or car manufacturer. So that i also get confirmed.

bhaijaan u can use also detailing clay bar to remove scratches, swirl marks and also the car if it is in oxidation state means rough wagera.
But first wash your car with shampoo, then apply wax, then do detailing clay and after detailing clay use synthetic sealent, which seals your car shine depend on the product means like some synthetic sealent is for 06 months to 03 years. depending on the cost.

And this procedure is enough for 01 month maximum. Well i did this to my car as my car though my car is only 05 months old but still better shine as compare to showroom shine u can compare after looking the picture.

@mominhaq bhai yes u r right the clay bar dont remove scratches, But bhaijaan clay bar treatment is used by professionals like me or the one who have knowledge and have practise doing clay bar treatment. The main point u have to remember for clay bar treatment dont make your clay bar dry and dont push it hard always spray water/liquid wax and make the clay bar wet, and also donot drop the clay bar because if u drop the clay bar then u will pickup the dirt from ground which is very harmful for car. Always be careful using clay bar treatment. Aur bhaijaan after using clay bar u will see a lot of difference.

Regarding razapower answer he asked me question which sealent u use i said 3M thats it also told him that iam using normal one there are 02 categories, cost of normal and commercial one.

@sharabi cool down bro everybody can c it all.and yeah the compound when done on metallic colour actually grinds the grain/dana that is seen shining in the metallic paint.
@ali31 bro shampoo car (do notuse surf excel wgaira most people do it but it grinds the finish aswell)
02 let it dry ,use turtle polish and buff the car with dry soft cotton cloth until u see the shine and on mettalic colour ur grains become clearly visible apart from the background base.
03 now use turtle wax to preserve the shine for a longer period.
now ur shinning enough to go 2-miles an hour

nae am not promoting turtle wax niether i import car cosmatics .i referd about the product cz its the way i do it and the results are just like ur car althoug it takes around like 2.5 hours of continous hand buffing to get the required shine.2ndly the product range is already easily available in the market in abundance so it makes no point of importing and advertising in the thread i know its not abiding by pw law neither am tryn to break the rules just gave out the procedure to ali33 cz he acquired help. and v all gather here to help out eachother n it makes pw the best

bro when u wash out the car with surf wagaira u can feel the roughness afterwards the car is dry.that roughness basically grinds ur clear coat aswell though not at a very large extent but every time u use surf wagira the clear coat shine gets dull.
u can see Sharabi bhai's rolla the first pic is what ur car comes in stock out from the show room now every time u use surf on it,it will shine till its wet the moment it dry's off it will become dull though u polish it and then wax it still it wont shine like it should and washing with surf also causes rust from no where but u get to see the rust starting slowly from the roof top etc where surf grains are left and cant be washed away.this thing happend with my brother's 04 vti.
the proper way is that u either start using the car shampoo nd if one cant afford that then go for simple lifeboy or any other shampoo cz it makes cleansing foam rather then granuels that start granuelising the surface of ur clear coat.
for shampooing the car its not necessary to go for pentene or head n shpulders like stuff u can use even bio amla etc aswell n it wont make ur car dull.after shampooing the car polish it and then wax it nd u'll see the change urself

lol yup u can use any thing but detergents infact i would prefer that once in a blue moon u go for car shampoo like 3m,formula1,turtle wax etc etc that would enhance ur shine and in the normal routine u could go with other stuff like bio amla bla bla,cz these dont have granualles in them so are safe for the pain and wash out with ease.
