3S dealerships:
1) Car will be new
2) Minimum cheating
3) You only have to pay the invoice price
Scenarios:
1) If you dont have an NTN go to the general dealers and buy a new car from them
2) If you cant wait for the booking period buy the car on premium from the general showrooms but nowadays you can also get immediate delivery
3) If you want peace of mind go to 3S dealerships and avoid cheaters

Procedure:
Take a Demand Draft on the name of the company from whom you plan to buy the car along with your id card, NTN and thats it. In any of the cases you cant save money. You will have to pay the invoice price to 3S dealerships along with the freight where as premium+freight+invoice price at general dealerships.
