Complete cost was 7,500. The first 3 month subscription is free. Channel list can be found on the DishTV website. You obviously won't be getting the HD channels as that requires an HD receiver for those. There are also a couple of other channels that you will need to get a separate subscription package for, such as the Neo Sports and Neo Cricket channels.
I have provided the contact above. I have already gotten mine installed, but If I could, I would have gone with the guy who's contact the DishTV people have provided.
The package that you get for 7,500 includes all these channels that you listed.
Digital quality. Very good.
The dish size used for the installation is 2 feet. It is not big enough and I am not getting several channels. The issue is even worse in bad weather (clouds and rain). I have been unable to contact the guy who installed my setup, but when I do get through to him, I am going to ask him to install a bigger dish.
Tip: Make sure every channel is working. That none of the channels have the SIGNAL NOT FOUND message. When you get it installed, refuse to pay unless you receive all the channels that you want. Get a larger dish installed if necessary. In heavily populated areas, or areas where there is a cell phone tower/etc nearby, there will be even more signal degradation.
