At first, he's having 1.3 - not 1.6 ; Secondly, One should be proud of what he has - Fake ID/Name/etc ... isn't leading to inner peace, thirdly when you sell it... you've to take it's real name not the 'converted name' many buyer like 'original' instead of 'converted' things ...

The thing I m saying is not just naming it altis or gli ...but the fact one can upgrade his car with the original accessories of altis in order to enjoy an upgraded car...as far as the selling is concerned I m not worried for that as I need to enjoy today by adding some money to ride which will increase my level of satisfaction and I 'll personally like my car more.
I can also enjoy more features n beauty...so there is no harm in changing some of the accessories dear.

While in GCC specs vehicle Corolla is either 1.6 or 1.8 petrol only, there is no 1.3 engine cc variant for arabian gulf peninsula,

Actually in our country the main thing while buying is the consumption of fuel...so for an economy package we have 1.3 variant ...otherwise abroad it's in 1.8,1.6 n even 2.0

take your car to chaman and get everything altis including engine and all the goodies on your chasis. It will be much cheaper and you will get jdm stuff.

personal experience as my elder brother has altis 1800cc
so no need to change engine man haaaaaa i realy enjoyed
if i wanna change engine then it would be better 2.0d

sell the gli + add the amount of money you would most likely end up spending on the goodies on top of it ,and get a 09 10 altis...

dude gli resale me tu altis se achi ha n altis 1.8 to waisa hi itnay paiso ma ajaigi
but i want 1300 cc engine in topline
as my drive is enough in the month to emanate difference in consumption
so thats why i wanna 1300 to change it

now i 'll inshaallah add a genuine chrome piece which is above the number plate section...in the market they r china made which looks cheap n flashing...i 'll inshaallah get a genuine one from bilal gunj which comes with japanese or imported car

in gulf there is no altis in pakistan they are fooling the people. In gulf u have only gli which having all features of pakistani altis.. 1.6 & 1.8

sir gg 1.3 gli or 1.6 gli ma dual vvti ya automatic transmission ka ilawa koi faraq nai, 1.6 gli is same except engine

Dear 1.8 1zz-fe is a really good n powerful engine if one can afford the fuel expense it's perfectly alright...I m using 1.6 gli 1 zr-fe with an auto tranny n I m really satisfied with it Allhamdolillah.1.3 2nz-fe gli/xli is slightly underpowered and makes a lot of noise while running and it's rpm remains high...

Not really, huge difference in power to weight ratio of 1.8 and 1.3.. anyway..
