How to find a job in Dubai?

What I have heard is that, people do get offers but it never reaches to the final stage. Mostly recruiters contact and the companies don't want to pay to these recruiters. If I am wrong then please correct me.

strongly disagree... have been using it since last three years thus i said with surety it wouldn't let you down. Both companies and recruiters search for the candidates there, its your choice which kind of job update you are applying for, i have gone through interviews with prestigious firms like Deloitte, Crescent group, EFU insurance and so on. I didn't reach to the final stage either i.e. appointment, reason being my education (i think so), i am updating myself, doing master's so insha Allah would again start searching for job after i get my studies completed. But what i feel is still you need some sort of reference to get the right job.

Go for a masters degree in UK, Germany etc....Don't let cheap Arabic mentality creep into you. I know many young people who well settled into UK after completing their masters. You won't regret saying goodbye to this poor state of mind people got to hold in our Asian Cultures.

I am not talking about Pakistan but UAE, may be I am totally and 100% wrong because this is what I have heard from people who got offers but never got anything finalized in the middleeast region. Tell me in detail I should I do it on linkedin. PM me your facebook ID.

^ can't say anything about surety what feedback did people receive in middle east region but i found it too good here among pathetic rozee.pk and stuff. Its an international website, extensively used by professionals all over the world, see its ranking and give it a try!

Dude, I just came back 2 weeks ago from Dubai, I went for a visit to explore Dubai however since I own an online business so I used to work online for 4 days in a week. ON a side note I did apply for jobs just to analyse where I stand and Alhamdullilah I had 2 successful interview both by using Dubizzle. So it depends how you search the jobs online as the searching skills should be good enough.

However you luck always count when you are looking for a job hunt.

Then why loads from these Europeans are flowing here, mad to get settled... :S

1. It is because they want to get Tan and get free vitamins.
2. Their Skin Tone makes them superior to all human beings according to Arab Methodology.
3. They will earn 5x than their work colleague doing exactly the same Job
