:(:(:(:(
I have retrofitted setup in my new corolla fogs and as of now result is appealingly poor. Light intensity on road has doomed. My setup consists Denso Gen 1 ballasts, Orsam D2s bulbs and CL9 projectors (not cloudy at all). I got the setup retrofitted from Toyota Royal RYK. They got some Taiwanese fog lights from scrap cut them off so that they can use glass portion of fog lamps and put the lens inside those cut fogs.
I am attaching the results of setup below. I have worked out following possible causes of low intensity light:
1) Projectors are fitted upside down so all light is above cutoff line not below.
2) projectors are tilted towards sides so they are illuminating trees on left and right not the road.
3) Projectors are fitted way inside bumper
4) Cut glass fitted on projectors is blocking a bit of light.
Please help me diagnose what has gone gone wrong and how can i use them as headlight replacement.
Ibad bro few more pictures are attached below for your kind input.
