Sorry I haven't been too much to Karachi so I don't know any mechanics over there.
What engine do you run? How many miles are there on that?
Most of my problems were sorted out after completely rebuilding the engine and pump assembly.
You can also look into the turbo performance if you lack good acceleration. Also check the fuel adjustment from pump if you experience a lot of black smoke. I had a poor blocky exhaust that i recently fixed to get some extra torque low end.
There are a lot of things you have to check and just don't rely completely on your mechanic alone to solve the issues. They just apply the shortcuts to get any money out of the clients pocket.
Learn a little bit more about your car and try to find out symptoms yourself so that when you go to mechanic you have a clear idea what is he talking about.
