How to solve D4D and other common rail diesel engine probems

Could you please suggest me any appropriate D4D to swap 2C in my corolla 2D???
My second question is which should i go for replacing 2C head with 2CTE head and wiring?
which option is most cost effective and results in fuel saving???
As i heard D4D gives around 20km/L.
Plz throw some light on this issue And @xulfiqar thanks for educating us on diesel engines, If you could please send me your email so that i can could get things checked with you before practically applying those ideas on my diesel corolla.
As i can perform all the mechanical jobs with my hands.
I just need proper guidance from senior person like you.

what d4d engine do you have that you wish to install.

Bhai i would like you to recommend me what D4D variant should be swapped with 2C?
as 2C is being used in 2.oD version of Toyota Indus.

you wont find d4d in pak it was never launched in pak nor came with imported vehical some came with hilux tiger but it will be too big for corolla + d4d which came with hilux tiger are grey import no support in pak if some day it fail you will not find any mechanic even in toyota 3s to solve the problem

i2c engine is usually feels louder as one has to drive the car in higher rpms in order to make the car move in a proper way

LOL I don't know why ppl and mechanic usually recommad "2d ko zara kecche k chaloa" 2c has good lower end torque I think this also th reason ppl complain about low mileage of 2c engine

best swap of 2d is 3c tubro it doesn't require the heat up diesel before starting and will be much more powerfull then 2c

its not impossible a few people have 'em also parts can be sourced too but requires time and $$$

i didnt ask about it could be from a hiace or hilux too but i have seen a 1ND Probox and there a few diesel Vitz aswell
one could get an engine from a dealer they can source one

yup, i'm able to shift in to 5th around 40-50 kph(my attempt to hyper-mile) :D. and most overtakes can be initiated from as low as 1.5k rpm and it won't let you down.(if other person isn't seriously trying to keep up of course)

only thing i am concerned about is post swap issues, for example will i able to get replacement parts? plus will that engine handle pakistani diesel, which is of poor quality. these are some of my concerns else than that d4d with 2000cc, would surely going to compete prius in fuel economy. my plans are to swap 2000 model corolla's engine with D4D. I hope virtual brain storming would help me in this regard. @xulfiqar

Bro as i havent kept a diesel car before and i might be wrong but i feel like its pick is not as good as it should be however in 2nd gear when i accelerates and its turbo gets on then its furious. So i need to enhance its pick. 2ndly its engine not stable in acceleration when cold start and its like vibrating

for proper diagnosis of D4D engine go to Toyota's dealership i dont think you would find someone with proper tools working outside. I would suggest if you want to get your car checked then go to Malik Diesel Lab on peshawar road Rawalpindi there you will find bashir bhai he is nice guy who knows what he is doing and expert on diesel engines.
