Bro noc of father or noc from bank? Noc mel gya hai bhai problem is that ke they have mentioned my fathers name jab ke unko already inform kya tha ke mere father ki death ho chuki hai so in this scenerio plz mail to HR department and state that the lessee has no more so plz issue noc es ke bete ke name per but they didn't ... and in end they replied that we only issue noc on lessee name not to any of family members name

a sale deed by your father to you (fake obviusly with fake signatures)

similarly in your case Bank issued NOC for your father, Your father sold it to you. this is known as double transfer and it is not something out of this world can be done easily.

Your father (Allah unei jannat naseeb kere) even if he was alive didnt had to go personaly a copy of Nic would suffice.

Also once we sold a Baleno leased from Bank Alfalah. bank issued NOC on our name we sold it to another person, He got it transferred on his name directly.
