Ya laptops are a bit cheaper in karachi as compared to other cities.
Reason being more often flights to karachi from dubai and Usa.
And much more competition as compared to lahore and islo.

I saw a Dv-6-123Cl with exact specs for 58K in hafeez center

With minimum specs, there is no dv 6 below 65k now a days.
Just check from hp website about the thing you are talking about.
Its G-60 123cl laptop and G series are from 50k to 75k here in pakistan.
And please note G series is a non-pavillion series. They are no where near HP pavillion series mate...
lolz @ factory reburbished .....factory reburbished was available at 2k or 3k less .... it is a brand new imported laptop .... laptops which are locally announced here were available at high price but this particular one we bought was imported from some country so the shopkeeper told that we didnot pay 27 % duty to the govt thats why it is cheaper than few high end laptops .... so its just luck ..and its working f9 from 6 months ....
if you wanna talk to shopkeeper i can also provide his number if not lost from my phone ... so you can clear ur thoughts by talking with him
