Huge difference of price between official showroom and non official showroom Suzuki GS150

Dear friends, I've been looking to purchase a Suzuki GS150 recently and this price difference isn't easy to digest. I wonder why is it so huge?

Official showrooms ask for 147,000 not a rupee less on cash.
Non official showrooms offer between 110,000 to 115,000.

Why?

What are dangers in purchasing from non official Suzuki showrooms?

The owner of Gul Suzuki, McLoed Road, says he purchases bikes worth 2 crore and there's a package by Suzuki that he gets discounted price. Hard to digest!

Suzuki walae non official ko kyon ziada discount deye gae . Buy only. For official showroom .warranty bhi milae gi aur service bhi aur spare parts bhi .

Bro, 147,000 mein aur 140,000 to 142,000 mein to phir b koi samajh lagti hai, but 110,000 to 115,000 seems extremely fishy.
I would advise all to buy from authorized Suzuki dealers only, whose details are mentioned on Pak Suzuki official website. Discounts k lalach mein na ayein.

Yaar i bought GS 150 SE in may 2018 @ 155,000 Rs. from a non official show room near AKBAR Road whereas Official show room price was 164,000 Rs. Itna ziada difference kyun ?
yeh bat mjhay samajh nhi arahi,...kya in Non official dealers k pas B- Grade Bikes hoti hain ?
Official Showroom dealer kis cheez ki warranty detay hain ?

I've purchased one in 112 and they've given me the invoice of an official suzuki showroom pricing exact 147. The bike is 0 meter, brand new, just like other showrooms, I've been riding it for a couple of days and everything seems fine. I don't know much about bikes and that may be one of the reasons I haven't realised any difference yet.
I'm planning to take it to the official showroom for service and check up, let's see what do they have to say.

exactly that's what happened with me. yesterday i got document file in which i found invoice of 1,64000 whereas i paid Rs.155,000. its quite suspicious and my non official dealer didn't tear off warranty copy(which usually goes to company within 15 days of bike purchase). could you please verify it from official dealer .
