Now I have even more difficult question

- which is best bearing brand available?

- where to buy in lahore?

- If anyone knows good mechanic for this job please share

ask for genuine one or Japani one i.e NTN.... cheapp bearings don't last for more than 1-2 months as this a fast moving part & has to face pressure so don't go for cheap parts or u will have to regret after few months

jacked up the rear wheels and rotated with hand , they make noise like "grnnnnnnnnn" but rotate very very freely. The wheel keeps rotating like it will never stop.
the bearing was greaed with caltex multipurpose grease (off white coloured) few months ago while servicing brakes but now it seemed washed away from around the bearing balls also rust and moisture is visible. although grease is still sticking to bearing cap

Is ordinary grease right for the wheel bearings???

can I prolong some time by repacking fresh grease or is bearing change mandatory??

Which grease is suitable for wheel bearings???

Drums With Uneven Surface Sounds Like That......!! Resurfacing with New Shoes Might Solve It....!!!

wouldnt drum and shoes hinder free wheel movement?
The wheel rototes so freely like its frictionless

I got the NTN bearings for 325 Rs each recently. Then there are copies of that too. They look like the exact packaging as the NTN ones but instead of NTN, they say NIN. These are 90 Rs. per bearing and are Chinese knockoffs. Get the former ones.
