Guys please be happy tht atleast we have one more option and hyundai is better than suzuki and if they have started shehzore and santro than other cars like elantra will also come.

Atleast many people will get jobs and some more competition.

So please stop criticizing and support something positive, if suzuki can sell 30 years old model bolan, cultus, ravi and mehran, than Santro is only 10 years old with better quality than these suzuki craps, not having even power windows in a car having price tag of 10.50

Hyundai India has stopped the Santro production in India. If Hyundai Pakistan is smart they should shift the Santro Dies and Tools from Hyundai India and set up a proper manufacturing line in Pakistan. It is still a good car.

Have they? If I'm not wrong, I think Hyundai India still manufactures kaali-peeli LPG/CNG variants of the Santro for the urban taxi market.

There is no such thing as Hyundai Pakistan. Hyundai just gave rights for assembly to a local company which has since gone bankrupt. They never had any stakes or made investment here.
