yeah you can confirm these prices (including tail light) from any 3S dealer ... plus tail light is only available on 3S dealership as new (ugly one) tail lights are not yet available in Market, chinese one which will turn yellow by time will cost you 3.5K per piece. even you can hardly find a kabli one (other than bilal gung)
i had the same eXpression when i heard the dipper switch is for 17.5K 
one of the member owned a 2012 Cultus complaining issue of water coming inside the car in rain or during car wash from the diggi rubber, and when he went to showroom they told him the rubber is for 7K
Cultus is no doubt a good a Car engine wise and shape wise(according to me) but its build quality is going bad to worse day by day, i dont know if a boot rubber could last only for a couple of years or less,
i myself repaired its door locks (that pull handle from inside) many times of all 4 doors... even though i always use remote button to unlock them.
glass alignment is an issue , after every car wash you should use 7C(a dashboard shiner) in glass channels else they would get hard and motor would be burnt(if you have power windows).
my both front door (specially passenger side) will only close if you pull them at 500KG force.
my rare door Molding was once dropped itself
and there are so many quality related and poor built quality issues in Cultus, which were not appeared in my previous car (Santro) even after having it for a decade(2000 to 2010) never installed Keyless entry(remote unlock) in it
