The hub unit experiences the same phenomenon and will spit grease out, it will also ingest dust and water (as moisture) into the outer bearing killing it quick and then go inside and kill the inner bearing.
Its called “khopree” aka skull in desi language and you need to use a hiace or hilux one, its cheap and readily available at generic parts stores.
Its such a critical part that Toyota advise to replace it every single time its removed. (You can reuse it though if you are very careful)
