if you are in karachi , take university road towards Jail after sabzi mandi left main exit goes to TV station cross that and take next left turn which is double road go upto roundabout and take you turn and there is time motors.

It is also accessible from Bahadurabad when heading towards university road cross signal of sharfabad and proceed straigh cross united king, spar super market and at round about is Time motors.

UPDATE!
Today when I started the car, the ABS and Traction light was gone, just had Check Engine and Hybrid Battery issue light.

So, I went to Time Motors, they didn't have any equipment I suppose, so they asked me to go 3 shops farther to see a guy who Scans the car.
So I got it scanned, and found out the error code p0a80 (Change Hybrid Pack)

He told me that I need to change my hybrid pack, and there is no other way.
Now, the only thing I could do is find a guy who is reliable and can change it in good price, so went to Tariq Road (Hashim Motors), and Defence (Khan Motors), and found out that a Kaabli (used) battery pack will cost me 95k with Hashim Motors (An average shop), and 115k with Khan Motors, and both of them are provide a month warranty.
Alternatively, seeing my low budget, I sought out for repairing as well, and Hashim Auto guy quoted me 4000rs for every defected cell in the battery, (there are 20 cells in Aqua), and the repairing is also offered with a month warranty.

So now, I am leaning towards getting it repaired instead of buying a 100k battery with no idea of how long it's gonna last.

NEXT STEPS:
Tomorrow I will be going to 2 more shops that deals in battery and battery repair to see what could be done and what method they use to recondition the battery (I have seen ample YouTube videos to know what method is best to know cell health).

I am also planning to try a DIY and testing the battery cell myself, further cleaning the battery fan and bus bars (It's pretty easy as long as I don't screw up, I am into electrics, so it is kinda interesting for me).

Any Suggestions from all the Auto Gurus here is appreciated.

Did they scanned it with Toyota Tech-Stream (GTS) ??
Before replacing you should analyze your battery from a battery analyzer. it will show if only cells are damaged or whole pack needs replacement.
I will strongly suggest to replace the bad cells, don't repair them, repaired cell can damage other cells also

Yes lately Time motor guys got split and the 2 shops away is the new workshop for HYBRIDS only.

please make sure you have a big rubber mat on dry floor, rubber shoes on & rubber glooves ( as you must've seen with kesc people working on live lines.)

you can start checking the corrosion over HV terminals. inside the Hybrid synergy drive. clean with electronic contact cleaner which evaporates.

next you can check for battery bank under rear seat main cable connectors for corrosion., clean with same cleaner. also use domestic vaccum cleaner to clean the battery bank duct & its cooling fan under the rear seat.

MAKE SURE THERE IS ANOTHER PERSON PRESENT WHEN YOU ARE DOING THE TASK. WEARING RUBBER SHOES TO DRAG YOU AWAY IN CASE OF ANY SHORT CIRCUIT

I got it scanned through Dr. Prius today, it showed 29% battery health while doing battery expectancy test.
So now I am in dilemma that is it worth to invest so much time in getting it cleaned and serviced? Will it bring any good?
Further, changing battery cells would help? Or I have to replace the complete battery now seeings its health?

The new pack is also used (Mostly from shershah market) so is it a good idea to invest 1lac rupees on it?

open it up to see how many cells need replacing, then do a cost analysis. Try to purchase new cells for replacement

I don't know how it does test on battery, There are number of factors which determines the battery health. If there is poor connection at battery terminals, resistance will increase and analyzer will show that the battery is deteriorated.
Second we have a battery pack consists of 20 low voltage (7.2 Volt) NiMH battery modules connected in series so if one cell is faulty this app (Dr. Prius) will most probably can't detect it will always show low health of whole battery pack.

Yes, you must get it cleaned.

When you will open the battery pack for cleaning, check the individual cell, most probably there will be one or two cells which needs replacement. You can check battery pack by checking its voltage and internal resistance from Multi-meter.

further i will suggest not to buy refurbished Battery pack, try to find new one.

Do not buy whole Battery pack until unless your are 100% sure that your whole battery pack is faulty.

if you have no experience of working over live electricals I'd not recommend a DIY.

Cells from already half broken down batteries from scrap will be 50 - 50 bet.

ask around for a fresh battery pack price, Ask model year of the vehicle or read over the battery pack.
you may not need to exchange to get used one. so bargain with seller for price and warranty (in kilo meters note down odo reading when new battery pack is installed ) and carry your old pack back home.

I can very well understand your panic and pain, experience with the 1st hybrid. Did you asked the seller how did he managed to hide the fault and not inform you, he sure have got some tweeks done so errors does not pop up for a while.

I wish I could, I confronted him and he said "Bhai apne Pakwheels se check karwaya tha, unho ne batana chahye tha", and talking practically I don't have any legal stand to go against him after checking the vehicle, I should rather file a complaint against PakWheels who checked the car and couldn't find a code stored in history which a scanner shop wala did in freakin 2 minutes!

it indeed should be a crime, but obviously no one claims he sold a defected vehicle, if I told him k ye masla agaya 2 din me, he can say "battery 2 ghante me change hojaty hay, apko tou do din hwe hay", so that wouldnt bring any conclusion.
Well, I had a heated argument with him and recovered 25k (I asked for 50% atleast but ye b Allah Allah karke nikle hay unse).

People know how to play games, I was told by a friend to sell it online like I bought, but obviously i know this pain and I don't want anyone to go through it.

I tried to find Chinese OEM's, on AliBaba they are 100k (better option than anything), but who imports here usually quotes 250k for it, which obviously is way more.

That's the problem these days. Getting calls on daily basis of such issues arrising in Aqua's. I would suggest you get hold of a scanner guy ask him to show u voltages and internal resistances across the HV Bank and than note down those with lowest figures, as you have already seen the videos on youtube on how to disassemble the cells, go do it yourself, buy used battery cells from shershah or plaza and replace those. IT IS NECESSARY TO WEAR PEOTECTIVE GEAR AT ALL COSTS. Many mechanics have lost to this high voltage dc batteries already. PakWheels inspection team is a joke so don't consider them all good just like that.
The service manuals have already been shared here.
Another idea is to find an equally good workshop and have them do this whole procedure. REMEMBER DON'T PANIC. The more workshops see you in panic the more they will charge.

Yes sir. I actually did a ECU reset, and its working from 50kms now after reset (usually I get error after 5-15km), I have ordered scanner from Amazon which will arrive on 1st June, so i will do all those tests myself, although I’ve show 3 computer guys already, so pretty much understood how it works.
If the light doesn’t come (which I pray of lol), then it’s cool, and if it does, I will go forward with the DIY and will do a before and after scan of the battery, further I have a multimeter as well which will be a good help.

And thank you for mentioning again @babarhyd, @capsat as well, I will be surely looking at all the safety measures if I got to do that DIY.

Lets see when do I see rainbows on my dash, and I will proceed accordingly.
