what was wrong with your original hydraulic setup? rebuilding the rack is not to difficult for a workshop and neither is resealing the pump, the pump is also available brand new if its faulty.

This is pretty good, i was hoping to do the same to my 2005 civic as well. gotta say realizing the comfort and pleasure of EPS i dont really like going back to the old hydrolic streering as much. not to mention its messy as well. Is this part originally for this model or came from some other car. I hope the VSS module has been hooked up properly for safety. one more thing you must have changed the belt as well, can you post a picture of that.

After this upgrade doesnt your car ECU gives check light due to missing Power Stearing Sensor??

Thanks brother.... yes you are right the hydraulic age is long gone because of all the oil leak, pump issues etc.. I did a short research and went for the transformation and it is MashaAllah running error free and like a new car since day 1
The place from where I got my EPS done had professional electronic man... he knew what he was doing whilst hooking up the EPS ecu.
There is no need to change any belts rather my car has one less belt which is the power pump belt.. so engine is much lighter

I got is from a 2005 JDM civic nose cut and that the only and best possible solution !!!

There is no power steering sensor in pkdm 05 civic ... the only sensor was oil dripping, and grrhhhhhhhh noise from the pump and the rattle on full turn
...

NO CHECK LIGHT WHAT SO EVER !!!
ECU IS ERROR FREE ULTIL OR UNLESS YOU GET THE WHOLE PACKAGE FROM A NOSE CUT JDM CIVIC !!!

I need some help from you today i converted my cf4 (civic2007) vti prosmetic HPS to EPS due to oil leakage from serval places .
Eps on speed 0 to 20 is working very soft just like Honda city but after 20 its working hard 50 to 70% pls help me out whats going wrong with it .

open the power steering fluid bottle cover and try turning steering left to right n then right to left completely, it will help release any trapped air in PS lines n help pump function....
