I actually have done plenty of hypermiling in my Camry given that it is a 3.5 liter V6. And yes I also occasionally do the three that you recommended not doing. Usually if im far away from a stop light, i coast and if i'm really far away and I know the stop light will not turn green for a while, I turn the car off while it's still in motion in nuetral. Also, while at a stop light, if I know that the wait on the light is more than one minute, i turn the engine off. As for drafting, I rarely take my car on the highway but whenever I do, i drive behind 18 wheelers. But there is a PRO and a CON to it. Yes it's good that there is less air resistance behind a big truck. BAD part is big 18 wheelers generally tend to throw small rocks and grinded material from the road behind them and driving behind them hit's your car which chips off the paint. But usually the roads i drive on are clean. Anywho, by doing all this, keeping regular oilchanges, using high octane gasoline, and an K&N intake (im actually getting better mileage with aftermarket intake), and proper inflated tires, driving at 60 MPH on highway (100KMH), not to mention the 6 speed transmission really helps which keeps me at 1700 RPM at 60mph, I managed to get 38MPG (20.3 KM/L) from a 3.5 liter V6 car. I think that is AMAZING!!
