Things can be change dramatically in pakistan. Dewan motor is doing bad business, first they introduce Galant with huge price tag but after bad customer response they sell it at low price & now same thing goes to Coupe, really bad guys @Dewan......

Can an experienced PakWheeler please give some insight as to why they might be selling the car at half the price? (Reasons other than the obvious, e.g clearing stock). I haven't yet seen dealers sell cars at 'half' the price to clear stock, specially if the car is brand new. Sounds like a decent deal to me, to be honest.

The only hard part would be explaining to my father why he should buy a 2 door 4 seater as the house car !

Civics better than this? Well...people dont buy cars to have their children race around in it. At 12 lakh, you get leather seats, airbags, and a sunroof - perfect for a leisure car.

HardTalk, these 2005 models have been sitting idle for years now. You could walk in to a dealership last year and get 30% discounted easily. But the problem was they didnt clear their stock even at that price.

Someone, somewhere up the ladder at Dewan had financed a few dozen cars and was losing money. It was time to cut their losses by getting rid of the lot. Now at 50% off, they're desperate. The hope is they'll make some of their money back when owners bring their cars in for repair.

A Brand New car for 12 lacs is a great deal, atleast it will last more then any RX-8 in terms of motor life.
