Everyone obviously have personal preference and opinion and I don't want you to change that.

I just shared the general consensus about the Civic X suspension. 12th Generation Corolla is also with Multilink and for the first time. Toyota changed it as well now because it's better and Torsion beam / Corolla suspension was always one of the negative things about it , globally.

The benchmark product for Civic X was Audi A3. I heard a Honda technical expert on QA sessions back in 2016, that during development, suspension was one the major item during development of Civic. The USDM Civic Turbo also comes with hydraulic bushes which further improves the road dynamics.

We should also know that PKDM Civic is raised to 153mm. The USDM or other regional models outside Pakistan have ground clearance of around 134mm.. Obviously this also changes the driving character. In the other hand PKDM 11th gen Corolla has same 174mm something ground clearance as overseas Corolla.

But now with 12 generation , it has ground clearance of 134mm something , it will be interesting to see what Indus do when they launch a PKDM. Ultimately we will see a raised Corolla and eventually changing the whole driving behavior.

How one can like Grande interior over Elantra? Grande interior is from 70s, Elantra interior looks much more modern.

Looks are subjective and matter of taste. I didn't like Corolla's interior but I need to see Elantra to decide whether I like the interior or not. Also interior aside there is a lot going in favor of Corolla.

Yes you can’t snatch the durability and reliability factor from Corolla.

Elantra's interior look quite ancient.

Grande's is not super modern either, but looks sleek. If not worse then at least equal to Elantra's.

Toyotas focus on no bullshit unreliable fancy interiors.. they mostly have simple sleek interiors which just work extremely reliably.

Neither do I mind exterior or the interior of the car, I hate how cowrolla especially post craplift looks but the pricing with Elantra is insane and I'd take a civic oriel over it any day unless I want to really stand out on the road.

What's with the paint quality? The finish looks pretty bad or is it the poor light affecting it?

Are those fog lights? Because here PKDM Elantra don’t have fog lights and as per salesperson fog lights can’t be added

no fog lights. Its crystal glass with amber turn signal. same as PKDM.

And what about amber lights along with headlights, turn signals aswell?

That's US DOT required as per law. It should be visible from side as well. There is requirement of red light on the rear tail light as well visible from the the side. These are parking/ running lights.

these are called SIDE MARKER LIGHTS.

Its the same car/architecture. its not an all new platform/model. Few +/- in dimensions are due to bumper changes.

Its 50mm longer than before, plus front and back is totally changed.

That does not qualify as an all new model. It's a facelift, similar to what Indus did with Corolla 2 years ago. Basic structure, architecture, platform remains the same. Its 6th generation car, launched way back in 2015.
