My understanding is that Hyundai's original nano cooling film was a limited stock test by Hyundai Global. Now the dealerships are using third party sheets but using Hyundai's brand name

I visited hyundai Islamabad, they said same thing, the hyundai nano cooling film was an experiment in Pakistan's market before global launch, currently there dealerships are installing nanotek films for 25K for Sedan, other option is go for solar screen for 18k for sedan, 3M crystalline is not available for the most part, even if it is available quotations are 60-70k

I just got my BRV from solar screen. I won't say it is transparent but unlike the local tint on my Alto people can see inside which gives an impression that there is no tint. I will be going to Islamabad from Karachi soon and will keep you posted if I get into any trouble.

Sure will do. But I don't think that is the correct expectation. No matter how good the tint is the car will get hot if parked without a shade.

Aoa. I had mine installed from SolarScreen a month ago. As far as working is concerned, its phenomenal. However, my MTAG doesnt work; even though I had gotten it cut around the tag area. I have another tag on my windscreen for my society, it works perfectly. Any suggestions? Attaching pictures for reference.

They said the same thing to me. The reason provided was due to IRR (Infrared radiation rejection). The other way around is to keep your mtag hang on your indicator and when passing through pull it out and show from your hand. Super inconvinient but I am not willing to travel 40-50 KMs just to get it cut. They are pretty far away from my place.

I recently got the Solarscreen one installed in one of my cars and it has been doing a very good job so far. Used for around a week or so. In my case, the tags are inside the sheet and they did not cut anything around it. I have my society's tag, NUST tag, and the motorway etag. There havent been any issues with the tags and they are working fine. However, one thing I observed is that the light tends to scatter a bit during the night time. Is that happening for anyone else? I told him about this and he mentioned that it can be due to dust and he will replace the windscreen paper again. However, in my opinion it is the texture of the sheet that scatters the light during the night time and replacement wont make any impact on this.

Which sheet did you apply? I used Z8 clear film.
