I personally feel that the previous santro model was a lot better than the last one with changed digi shape in all terms..(my opinion..people may differ)

thats nice..but seems heavy on cng

On long it gives around 200km per cylinder. Well 100km seems pretty reasonable to me so never bothered to fiddle with the tuning.

I have recently purchased santro club gv 2004, the car is giving poor fuel average, 10 km/l with ac on long route and 130 km on CNG. Everything else is fine.

Can someone plz guide me how to fix the petrol issue. And has anyone ever tried the machine fuel injector cleaning. Hyundai Sajjad refused to do cleaning, because they were scared that they may damage the injectors.

Just drive your car with a tank of hi octane. Mileage will improvealot. No need to clean injectors.

Dear All Santro users.. want to share some thing..
I was facing hard gears on my Santro 2008 CLUB from last 1 year..
Today it got solved in just 1000 Pak ruppes. It was due to GEAR lever problem,. Changed all bushes..
1-Labour = 300
2- Kharadia = 350
3- Parts = 350
TOTAL = 1000

Now my gears are so SMOOTH

Well it is a bold call, i remember the day when there was extreme summers day of June, i went to Islamabad on it without ac and return and the car was little overheated in the journey but never let me down, after coming back, till November the car was driven with the problem, then i took it to the workshop and only one wire and relay was malfunctioned. Well if you keep Santro with car, this car will never let you down. Awesome machine with toughness.

50k run engine is considered almost a new engine..i believe your car was running on fake oils since start which resulted in this mess. i believe an engine overhaul is inevitable.

20w-50 + no thermostat valve + direct fan = reduce engine life 10 time.

if there is heavy smoke total expanse ll be 15-18K if there is less or no smoke then your whole engine is finished expanse ll be 30-38K

heavy smoke only on start up and then continuous normal smoke.what will be done in this case.
