brake already serviced dear but unable to find the problem.
I have Santro Club GV 2007. For the last few months it back fires (Air filter cover opens up) when I am on CNG and I give accelerator in gear 1-2.
On petrol it gives knocking sound in upper gears.
Can anyone advise whats the issue please? someone suggested me that its Sensors need to be cleaned (logical), someone suggested to replace Coils and even one so called qualified mechanic asked me to get its engine overhauled
im looking for santro to buy.....kindly if anyone can guide, how is the car...?
Go for cultus...santro is an out of market car now - noone asks for it anymore

Santro is much much better than cultus. I have a personal experience of both rides.

Engine is in good condition and right now I am restoring this ride from Montgomery road. This was bought by us and was given away for 4 years to a relative and he literally ruined it. So instead of selling it; I have decided to keep it. I have affiliation with this ride as the first car I ever drove was this one. I was 14 then. This is still fun to drive.

Dear Friends i have company maintained Daihatsu Cuore 2006 model having from last 3 years. overall car is normal condition. in these days it shows high temprature issue in slow run. i have an offer by company to replace cuore with santro 2006 model. santro is also company maintained bt lust time problem in santro was sensor issue. all sensor by changed by hyundai motors now car works fine. what you suggest? i have to replace the car or not? i have to use car on cng mostly and cuore give me average of 180kms per refill. is its good deal or not? let me guide plz.

Only body work and interior. Engine and suspension are fine. There is a leakage of ac gas though.
Well there is a shop in Montgomery road, he usually deal with our cars. We have given it to him. He recently restored companies 07 Suzuki Bolan and it's running well.

I have bought a Nardi steering wheel for my ride. It's the first one I've ever bought so I did not know I would need a hub kit to attach it. Can anyone please guide me to a hub boss kit available in Lahore that would fit the steering on a Santro? There are a couple available for Honda EK/EG, Suzuki and some other brands on Sehgal Motors website. I have no idea which one to get. Someone please help me out.
