I got Power steering installed in my 2004 santro club from bilal gunj Lahore. One that comes in executive (i.e bolt on without any alterations). the total cost with labor was around 17k and takes 3~6hours minimum.

looks over heat problem, and your temp gauge is not telling correct temp.
Check thermostat valve and ensure that radiator fan starts automatically when car is hot.

this is most probably the wire that controls fresh and recycle control vent. not sure about the piece hanging on th wire. you will hear the sound of the vent too when cable stretched or released.

anybody changed the rear and front shocks and springs? what size of springs i should install? and please tell me about the shocks as well. what should be the spring height and number of coils in it, currently my ride has 7 coil springs, while hyundai people say that it is coming in 7 coils and 8 coils as well, so what size and coils springs i should buy and from where? also tell me can i install some other car's springs in santro?

It is absolutely normal. Engine will stall otherwise.

I recently changed my santro's rear springs. The genuine springs have more turns, with lesser internal distance, but that is a drawback since we have bumpy roads and the springs fail to support the rear suspension. I recently bought springs from Montgomery road Lahore, they were i guess local Alto's springs they had a better height, better stiffness and a better internal distance between the turns, The whole thing costed me Rs. 1000/- with labor. I previously replaced the shocks as well but didnt find that much useful, this spring replacement did the job, now my car has a better stiffer suspension, and does not hit from beneath even with 3 persons at the rear seat on speed breakers. I have no experience of front shocks though, but i believe you wont be needing that after this work being done.

Its default, no need to worry. This car has a lot of sensors you'll get used to it by the passage of time.

Bro, I dont have the exact mileage of petrol its around 10~12km/ltr local, never checked on highways, but on CNG its doing wonders from me. I have a 2005 Executive with aftermarket CNG 50L Cylinder. Does around 160Km with A/C with 4 ppl load on Highways. In city varies from 80~120km with A/C depending on driving conditions.
