the reason y i am asking about this is that many of the allignment wala's i have visited, were rip off's. so i am still looking for someone "genuine". They tend to create unnecessay work out of your ride to maximise their revenues. camber, allignment, alot of "grams" plus their rates have gone tremendously (read rediculously) high especially in ISB.

Hello friends.. the ECU of my santro gives problem everytime.. i have repaired it almost 5 times n it always gives problem after few days.. i was suggested to change the ECU but am not sure if it would do any good because i cant afford a new one so i'l have to go for a used one for which i was told will cost me 35000 or more.. please please help me.. i need solution from u guys..

well, there are reasons why we go for alignment. wheel alignment and camber adjustment is a must whenever you believe the tyre tread wear-out pattern is not normal.
Wheel balancing does cost ; I usually opt for front balancing only (i seldom drive fast so it suits me)...
to put it in simply " Spend money where you think is necessary"

i've seen a couple of shops in pindi saddar, on kashmir road (near those speaker shops next to the mosque, sorry i cant recall the name).
You may also get it in F-10 Markaz

my santro has after market CNG kit installed, my air intake is blocked almost 75 %. sometime i drive my car on petrol, i m worry about the driving of car on petrol, because the air required for the engine is less only 25%, i want to remove this air blockage, my car has advancer installed, but the engine stalls on CNG when the air blockage is removed.

please help

i got a new problem in my santro club. the car engine gets stopped while driving. and it does not restarts again neither on cng nor on petrol
but after around half an hour it starts again and works fine
this happened with me twice. it does not gets off every time i drive but it shuts down on its own.

1 of my mechanics said that TIMING SENSOR is weak and it gets off when heated up. so this sensor needs replacement

any of you who has any experience regarding this, kindly help me

Two months back my Santro club car's fuel pump stopped working. Replacement through 3S dealer was exorbitantly high, so I tried salvaged (Kbuli) pump but it has also stopped working after a week time. I have already changed fuel filter and got the fuel lines cleaned. Car runs fine on CNG but not on petrol. Please suggest economical and reliable solution.

Please share the info of Pindi/ISB based mechanics who are well conversant with Santro Systems..tried and tested by fellow members. I recently bought one and now I want to get a few things fixed....mine is a good one but he is toyota/suzuki trained & not so comfortable working with Santro's. I don't want to put his intelligence and skills at trial for my vehicle Thanks in advance.

I see your point but don't know what to say...
in my opinion, If the ECU maintains the air/fuel mixture ration, then there shouldn't be any problem on petrol

I think you should get it verified by an EFI specialist. since those EFI specialists would charge you around 1500-2000, i would further recommend to visit a hyundai 3S dealership and get it checked for FREE... ask them to diagnose only...

the thing about santro is that you may find the mechanic in islamabad, but you still have to visit pindi for parts.

Gulfaraz overhauled my santro's engine.. and a couple of weeks ago, he changed the CV-Joint, Ball-joint and Arms... i trust him with my car though he charges a bit high

1) Steering starts vibrating as soon as speed reaches to 80 KM/h. At 100 to 110 Km/h, it gets worse and after 125 km/h, there is considerable reduction in steering vibration. I don't even remember how many times I have gone for wheel balancing. I have even replaced the rims with alloy rims on the recommendation of Original Hyundai workshop mechanic, but still the problem remains. I would really appreciate if anyone can describe me what is the real problem & from where I can get it fixed???

Problem one is due to wheel balancing , Just got it done from any shop cost around 200 Rs.
2nd problem have no idea
