u r going to damage engine head block ..........
( sudden cooling will contract and deshape water lines and adjacent area , one of reason cars have thermostat valves )
always use preheated water ....never use lawn pipe or tap cold water
regarding caltex coolant never use it pure mix it (40% water 60% coolant or vice versa )
if u r putting caltex coollant first time unless zero meter car , rust wil accumulate after 3 to 7 days( depending upon car use ) and radiator might jam ( due to anti rust function )hosing joints might also leak so keep eye on housings .......
have to re wash and replace the coolant lets say about 700 to 1000km ...
u might have to re do procedure if too much rust in radiator..............
then you can enjoy caltex coolant ......
its very nice and if u have used it in zero meter car no rust will come in radiator even after 1lac km
