Everyone that I know with an X7 is super happy. I do not think you need to worry that much about reliability, issues do happen but they should be handled under warranty anyways. My reason for suggesting a used Oshan X7 was actually because the resale on these is not the best, which allows you to get some good deals whilst keeping a warrantied car. Reliability wise you should be fine with any of these options, even used, for at least 4 years.
I agree that a 2022 Tuscon doesn't feel like good value for money. If value is something you are looking for then a used MG HS are selling for roughly 6 million with much more features (fuel and maintenance would be more costly though, not sure what the 1.5 H6 is like efficiency wise).
Otherwise when you look into new cars you would have to decrease the size quite a bit when looking at Corolla cross, HRV or Peugeot 2008. If I was in your shoes I would test drive an Oshan X7, check how you feel about it. If you really do like it, hunt for a used one driven less than 30k km and you would have a big roomy reliable powerful car with almost all ADAS features for 8 million or save up and then decide if you would rather have a new H6 or Oshan X7. Or you could get an MG HS used instead of the Tucson if you want a car now and just can't get your head around the value.
