Well, there multiple ways to check it.
Since they will most likely compound the vehicle.
You can physically inspect the paint while paying special attention to areas where panels are curved or around their edges, to see any paints burns or over cutting marks. Also check under direct sunlight as well as partial shaded area for any abnormalities in panels, or swirl/haze marks induced due to unprofessional compounding
Or you can even ask any professional detailer (even pakwheels inspection team) to accompany you while carrying a paint thickness meter, to check the thickness of paint and also verify is they've abused it.
Overall, I don't think it's too much to be worried. Just throughly inspect the vehicle BEFORE signing the delivery form
