The pictures are very blurry so it's very hard to see the condition of the bike.
But as long as the bike doesn't make any weird noises, misfires, emits smoke, the transmission feels smooth and the throttle response seems sharp enough; I think it's a fair deal.
Lastly; there's no such thing as SEALED ENGINE. It's just bunch of crap made-up by Pakistanis.
The term 'sealed engine' is only relevant when you're buying a Ferrari or a Lamborghini or some other expensive yet very delicate and fragile machine (Jet engines come to mind).
For example; a "Sealed Engine" on a Ferrari means that its engine has been maintained by official Ferrari technicians in air conditioned 'facilities' with genuine spare parts and not by some grease monkey a.k.a ہتھوڑا مکینک with a wrench and a hammer under a rusty shed with so called "A Plus" China copies of spare parts!
After fixing the engine; they put company 'seals' (Specialized stickers) on engine openings so no one can access vital engine components such as pistons, valves and camshafts without 'breaking' the seal, hence the term 'sealed engine'.

Misused terms like these make me sick... And grouchy.
